Kew Gardens Orangery - London
Abbey were very proud to have the unique opportunity to work with Kew Gardens at their prestegious Orangery. In addition to loose furniture, Abbey also provided a number of bespoke items tailered to the client’s needs.
The project required an adaptable layout with bespoke items such as till stations, condiment units and a feature centre table with a selection of Oak, Sycamore and Elm tops.
The client requested that Abbey provide bespoke fabric to upholster the soft seating, this was based on one of the original botanical paintings from the gardens. Abbey also used this pattern to provide wallpaper infills for the division screens. The result being a highly flexible layout that enabled the client to easily remove all the furniture to allow for weekend events.
